Before you even get dressed, do yourself a favor and follow these five steps for summer-ready skin and hair.
Step No. 1: Wrap Your Hair
The first thing you want to do is make sure your hair isn't dripping all over your shoulders when you're drying off. Place your strands in a wrap or an old T-shirt made of a soft material, such as worn cotton, that won't tear or add static to your hair.

Step No. 2: Bring On The Oils
Apply your favorite oil while your skin is still damp from the shower—this will help your skin absorb the rich nutrients so the outer layer maintains a good level of hydration.

Step No. 3: Mask Your Problems
For those of you who wash your face in the shower, follow up with a nice soothing mask that will help seal in all of the skin-benefitting goodies your complexion wants and needs.

Step No. 4: Care for Your Cuticles
While the mask marinates on your face for a bit, gently rub some cuticle oil or cream around your nails for an extra layer of moisture.

Step No. 5: Treat Your Feet With Respect
By now, you've washed off your mask and the rest of your body feels like a million bucks. But you don't want to neglect your feet, especially during these warmer sandal-wearing months. Apply a rich cream to your heels and give yourself an excuse to do a mini foot massage while you're at it.
